So Who’s Considered a New Manager?
We use the term "new manager" loosely.
Ideally, managers would receive training right as they step into the role or within their first few months. We know it doesn't always work out that way and that's okay too.
We welcome any manager who considers themselves new to the role, as well as any experienced manager looking for a fresh start or a stronger foundation.
We also offer targeted trainings for experienced managers who want to sharpen specific skills, tackle a particular challenge, or reinvigorate their approach to leadership.
We recommend to all organizations that anyone promoted or hired into a manager role receive dedicated training and support because having the right skills from the start is one of the most powerful investments you can make in your people and your mission.
