What Sets New Manager Jumpstart Trainings Apart
Lighthearted Approach
Just because we take our work seriously, doesn’t mean we always have to be serious. Let’s have fun together while we learn.
Human Centered
We believe in thoughtful leadership that support both the work and the people doing it. The result is better work and better teams.
Practical Focus
We cover the big picture and the nuts and bolts of being a manager. You come away with tools you will use everyday in this role.
Mission Driven
We work only with organizations that aim to contribute positively to the world. Helping managers achieve more mission is our wheelhouse.
Collaborative Energy
Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn from the group and create relationships to support your work into the future.
Integrated Support
Training is just the beginning. We combine workshops, coaching, and peer support so new managers can continue learning and get the support they need.
So What’s Considered a “New” Manager?
We use the term New Manager loosely. Ideally, we’d give managers training just as they are starting in the role or within the first few months. Of course, it doesn’t always work out that way and that’s fine too.
We welcome all managers who consider themselves new.
Also, we provide trainings for experienced managers who have received little to no training in the past or just need a fresh start.
