Registration Policies
Cost
The full price of the one month cohort is $1,200. Special rates include: 10% off for registration one month or more in advance, $130 off for nonprofits and small businesses (<6 FTE), and $50 off each for more than one participant from the same organization. The same organization can receive more than one discount. For example, a nonprofit registering a month in advance would pay $950.
Massachusetts employers with 100 or fewer employees can apply for a Workforce Training Fund Express Grant to cover all of the program cost. Search for course C-15131 New Manager Jumpstart - Mission-Driven Cohort or C-15132 New Manager Jumpstart - Leading with a Shared Purpose.
Payment
After submitting your registration, you will receive an invoice via email. Payment instructions will be included on the invoice.
Full payment is required to confirm your seat in the training. If payment is not received by the due date listed on the invoice, your registration may be released to others.
Cancellations and Transfers
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible.
More than 21 days before the training: You may receive a full refund or transfer your registration to a future cohort.
7–21 days before the training: You may receive a partial refund or transfer your registration to a future cohort. Full refunds are not available.
Less than 7 days before the training: Refunds and transfers may not be available.
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute participant from the same organization at no additional cost by notifying us prior to the start of the training.
Minimum Enrollment
This training requires a minimum number of participants to run. If minimum enrollment is not reached, participants will be notified and offered the option to transfer to a future cohort or receive a full refund.
Participation
To create a productive and engaging experience for everyone, participants are expected to attend sessions on time and actively engage in discussions and activities.
Recording
Sessions may be recorded for internal reference or for participants who must miss part, or all, of a session. By registering, participants acknowledge that sessions may be recorded. Recordings are provided only to registered participants for their personal use in connection with the training. Recordings may not be shared, distributed, posted online, or otherwise made available to individuals who are not registered participants.
