About Us
Wilden Salter is a boutique consulting firm helping mission-driven groups and individuals reach their goals through a focus on purpose.
We take our work seriously, not ourselves. Our approach is built around lighthearted humanity: the belief that warmth, levity, and embracing imperfections aren't in conflict with doing serious, high-impact work. They're what make it sustainable.
We're passionate about supporting the people who are showing up every day to address the challenges of our time, the groups working to make things better for people and the planet.
Wilden Salter was founded in 2026 by Jonah Keane. Our work is rooted in collaboration. Projects are led by Jonah with collaboration from a network of trusted specialists because impact is a team effort. Learn more about our team.
Wilden Salter is based in the Connecticut River Valley of Massachusetts.
