We take our work seriously, not ourselves. Our approach is built around lighthearted humanity: the belief that warmth, levity, and embracing imperfections aren't in conflict with doing serious, high-impact work. They're what make it sustainable.
We're passionate about supporting the people who are showing up every day to address the challenges of our time, the nonprofits, B Corps, and other organizations working to make things better for people and the planet.
Wilden Salter was founded in 2026 by Jonah Keane. Our work is rooted in collaboration. Projects are led by Jonah with collaboration from a network of trusted specialists because impact is a team effort.
Wilden Salter is based in the Connecticut River Valley of Massachusetts.

Jonah brings more than 20 years of experience in mission-driven leadership.
Throughout his career, he has supported the development of individuals and teams, navigating change, and building stronger ways of working together.
