New Manager Cohort

We offer a cohort model training program to convene new managers from different organizations to learn together over the course of one month. Trainings occur online with the encouragement of full camera-on active participation.

Each cohort participates in one 1 hour introduction session which includes 30 minutes of training, three 1.5 hour trainings and four 15 minute micro trainings. Learn more about the topics covered.

Training — 6 Hours

Each participant is assigned to a small group to practice tools learned in the trainings and to address questions that have come up on the job. Three 1 hour sessions. Also, we encourage cohort participants to connect on their own to build a practice of unfacilitated peer support.

Small Group Practice and Support — 3 Hours

Each participant receives one coaching session to guide their individual growth as a leader. All participants receive a discount on continued coaching for three months.

One-on-One Coaching Session — 1 Hour

Organization Trainings

We offer a range of options to train and support managers in your organization. Learn more about the trainings we offer. Each session can be tailored to your team's specific goals and current challenges. In-person and virtual options for all trainings except micro trainings.

We offer 1.5 hour, half day, full day, and multi-day trainings to fit your schedule and training needs. Whether you need a quick spark or a deep dive, every format is designed to deliver lasting impact.

Single Training

We work together to schedule a series of trainings that fit the needs of your organization. A series of micro trainings, 10-15 minutes each, are available to fit into busy schedules.

Training Series and Micro Training

We coach individuals and small groups to provide guidance tailored to their individual needs. We facilitate ongoing support groups to help managers address challenges together.
